Leadership Training

We currently run 18 extension schools with around 350 leaders enrolled in our extension training program which incorporates the training listed below. We are in the process of the construction of a multi-purpose training facility to enable this growing program. We are also in the process of identifying land on the Zambezi river for the establishment of a remote base of operations.
Our objective is to train and equip Mozambican’s to effectively plant, lead and teach local expressions of Christ’s Church, in order to see multiplied groups of people loving God and loving people so their neighbors, communities and nation have an opportunity to love God and love others. This is the fundamental starting place of all economic and social development and the secret to fulfilled and productive living.

The different aspects of this leadership development include:

• Discipleship Training – for young Christians who need training to equip them with the basic skills (and develop the habits) that will enable them to follow Christ and lead others to do the same.

• Leadership and Basic Bible Training – a modular extension program to take leadership training and theological training to men and women who are actively leading others.

• Cooperative Evangelism and Church Planting – to be a catalyst and provide support for local churches which request help in taking the good news to their community and beyond.

• Consultation based training – networking with other missions and organizations to equip community & church leaders with leadership attitudes, disciplines, and skills and to mobilize the whole Church to identify and then target un-reached areas for the planting of Christ-centered local churches.
