SAM Ministries was started in order to PRESERVE the legacy, learning and long-standing relationships built through our people in missions and development work over more than 40 years and PROMOTE the future transformational development of individuals, local churches and communities through the power of God’s amazing love!

Our Mission and Vision

We believe Jesus very clearly stated the most important mission and mandate for each person when he said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength” and “Love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:30&31).

An uncompromising love for God which includes every aspect of our being; our emotions, our spirit, our intellect, as well as our physical abilities, is first but also foundational to our ability to love people unconditionally.

An unconditional love for people is what brings real and lasting change into lives and circumstances. This kind of love expressed in practical service to meet people’s physical, social and spiritual need is the only language that is understood in every culture and community of our world.

Our Mission simply stated is to love God and to love people so they have a chance to love God and to love people.

Our Vision is to mobilize and direct resources in order to empower people by addressing their spiritual, educational, social and physical needs, resulting in whole people who are equipped to reach and teach their own people.
