Access to clean water saves lives and drastically improves daily living conditions. Many women in rural areas spend six hours a day fetching water, often from unsafe and dangerous sources.
Priority Water Projects:
Sinjunju Community Water Project – Clean water near the proposed school to prevent children from drinking contaminated river water: $10K (USD).
Mucombeze Community Water Project – Providing water access to the high school and rural health post: $10K (USD).
With the support of our Dutch partners, "Water is Our World," we can install solar-powered well systems for long-term sustainability.
